Vaclovas Mangirdavičius (Venceslaus Monygyrdovycz), inheritor of Mažoji Merkinė (now Turgeliai), donates 9 peasants, a stone of solid wax annually and the land held by Jonas Mažnevičius (Johannes Moznyevycz) to the Church of Mažoji Merkinė, established by himself and his brother Aleksandras Mangirdavičius (Alexandrum Monygirdovycz).

The attached seal is missing, except for the 2 cuts made for strings.

16,3x26,4 cm; 25 rows.
The parchment is spotty, worn along the folds, darkened, decayed, with many small holes. Ink faded, in places smeared.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up 20 lines.

The label and the seal of the Library of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
