Jurgis Goštautas (Georgius Gasoldi), inheritor of Geraniony, donates two saikas of honey annually from the territory of Pareča to the Church of Astravec in return to three Masses a week.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. In the parchment there are two rhomb cuts for the strip.

The parchment is spotty, with holes.
The initial of the invocatio is decorated, taking up the whole text. On the left margin near the initial there is a record of the canon M.Herburtas (mid 19 c.): NB. Jam perscriptum.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
