The noble Vasilijus, alias Vaška, Sakavičius (Basilius alias Waschko Sackowycz) with his wife Milakna and daughter Kotryna donates an annual tribute of 10 barrels of rye, one pig and a barrel of peas from the village of Minkov to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

The seal is missing: torn away together with a piece of the plica.

The parchment is spotty, with holes gnawed by mice.
Initial of the invocatio is decorated, taking up the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
