Text:
9,6x18,2 cm; 16 rows.
The parchment has turned darker, is spotty, with holes along the folds.
The first letter of the invocatio is decorated, taking up the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
