The noble Sofija, alias Sonka (Zophia, alias Sonyka), widow of Ivaška Svirblavičius (Ywaschko Szwyrblowycz), donates a tithe from her estate of Dūbninkai to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

Text:
9x13,5 cm; 16 rows.
The parchment is spotty in places; some letters faded.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial takes up the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
