The diploma by Papal Nuncio, Patriarch Ludwig of Antiochuia announcing the remission of temporal punishment in purgatory to the faithful who visit the Franciscan Church of Assumption in Vilnius on the indicated conditions.

Attached peaked oval red wax seal of Patriarch Ludwig of Antiochuia (only the upper part remains) in a protective wax bowl, attached with a string of faded cherry thread. Two cuts for the string are made in the parchment.
