Grand Duke Casimir Jagiellonian of Lithuania confirms that Katherina, daughter of Stanislovas from Sokolovo (Stanislaus a Sokolovo) and wife of the noble Jonas from Grabiai (Johannes de Hrabye) surrenders her right of inheritance to her brother Stanislaus. Writing characteristics and inaccuracies of the intitulatio (Casimir Jagiellonian titles himself Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Poland though he was crowned king only in 1447) rises doubts about the authenticity of this document and allows to presume that it is a falsification.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. Three cuts for the strip are made in the parchment.
