The attached seal is missing, except for the wax bowl attached with a string of cherry thread. Diameter 21 mm.

The parchment is a little greasy, spotty; the left part of the plica is cut away.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial covers 11 lines.

The label and the seal of the Library of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
