Jurgis Getautavičius (Georgius Gotholtowycz), with assent of his mother and wife, sell his land with 20 peasants in Galčiūnai, Vilnius district, to Bishop Andrius (Andreas) of Vilnius for the money lent for the preparation to war and treatment of illness.

The attached seal is missing, except for the two cuts made for the strings of cherry thread.

The parchment is smeared along the folds, decayed; gnawed by mice in two places.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up 22 lines.

The label and the seal of the Library of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
