Vladislovas Jogaila, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, allows Dobrogostas from Schamotuly ( Dobrogostii de Schamotuly) to found a town in the village of Turobin and grants the Magdeburg rights to this town.

The attached seal is missing, except for the string of multicoloured thread, with a seal of King Sigismund the Old of Poland and a piece of wax bowl attached with a parchment strip and not belonging to the present document. Diameter 50 mm.

The parchment darkened, is spotty, and has some holes. Underwent repairs in 2002m.
Intitulatio is written in enlarged letters; the first letter is decorated, taking up 5 lines. First letters of each line are also enlarged.
