Jonas, alias Krigas (Johannes [dux de Svir], alias Crig), Duke of Svir, and his wife Darata donate the tribute from the village of Miadzel to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. Four cuts for the strip are made in the parchment.

Text:
7,5x26 cm; 13 rows.
The upper part of the parchment is gnawed by mice; a big part of the text is with defects.
Initial of the invocatio is decorated, taking up the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
