Alekna Galiginavičius (Olechno Goliginovicz), inheritor of Vaverka, donates the estate of Alšev and a tithe from the village of Garadzišča to the Church of Garadzišča and its rector.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. There is a cut made for the strip in the parchment.
