Jogaila, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, donates Tauragnai castle with surrounding land and villages of Labanoras and Molėtai, territory of Dambravas, regions of Verkiai and Bokštas with villages, taxes etc., and a part of Vilnius with plots of land and buildings to the Cathedral of Vilnius Castle and to the Bischop; as well as buildings of stone and plots of land etc.

The attached seal is missing, except for the holes made for the attachment of the seal.

19,2x44,5 cm; 31 rows.
The parchment is in good condition, with a few spots and with some decay along the folds. Ink faded along the folds. Underwent repairs in 1987 and 2000.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters; the first letter of intitulatio is enlarged and decorated; some capital letters in the text are also decorated.
