Narbutas Ginvilavičius (Narbuth Gynuylovicz) sells one peasant with the families of his two sons and two plots of land by the lakes of Stirniai and Galuonas, Vilnius district, to Bishop Andrius (Andreas) of Vilnius.

Both of the two attached seals are missing, except for cuts made for the strings of each seal.

The parchment is water-damaged, spotty, torn, crumpled up, with small holes. The left upper corner is gnawed away, with some rust.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letter. Initial is decorated, taking up the whole text.
