Grand Duke Vytautas of Lithuania donates the village of Dragiminiškiai with meadow by the Žižma river for the sustenance of the rectors of Vilnius Cathedral.

11x32 cm; 21 rows.
The parchment is spotty, with some decay and a few holes; the bottom edge is torn and mended by gluing a piece of paper. Underwent restoration in 1986.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters; the first letter is decorated, taking up the whole text. Capital letters of the first line are enlarged.

On the reverse of the parchment there is a mark of the once-existed label.
