Grand Duke Alexander of Lithuania establishes that the steward of the Grand Duke has to annually give 18 kapas of grosh from the income of the mill of the Grand Duke in Vilnius for the maintenance of the Vytautas Alter of Vilnius Cathedral; and Bishop Albertas Taboras of Vilnius commits himself to provide wine to the Vytautas Alter. The parchment is spotty, with two rusty holes, darkened. The plica is torn off in the middle, at the place of the seal.
Invocatio and the beginning of intitulatio are written in enlarged letters.

The label and the seal of the Library of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
