Red wax impressed seal has crumbled off leaving a mark. The parchment has 13 triangular holes in the place of the seal. Diameter 39 mm.

The parchment is spotty; the bottom left corner is torn, smeared with black ink. Restored in 1996.
The first letter of the text is decorated and takes up 8 lines.
