The deed of Dargis Getautavičius (Dorgys Gethowthowycz) confirming the sale of village of Losice (or Waszylewo) to Petras, kitchen worker at Bishop Motiejus (Mathias) of Vilnius, for 70 kapas of Prague grosh.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. Three cuts for the strip are made in the parchment.

11,5x25 cm; 21 rows.
The parchment is a little spotty, gnawed by mice in several places.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up almost the whole text. On the left margin near the initial there is the record of the canon M. Herburtas (mid 19 c.): NB. Jam perscirptum.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
