Jogaila, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, and Vytautas, Grand Duke of Lithuania, award an annual amount of 200 silver grivinas (currency) from their treasury and 10 "saikas" (measure of weight) of honey from Vilnius Castle to Bishop Andrius (Andreas) of Vilnius for his merits Catholicizing Lithuanians until his death.

The parchment has a few holes; the bottom right corner and a small part of the upper right corner is glued with paper. Underwent restoration in 1985.
The first letter of the intitulatio is enlarged and decorated.
