Grand Duke Alexander of Lithuania exempts the inhabitants of Vilnius, according to the Magdeburg rights, from the duty called “pastotės”.

12x25,5 cm; 19 rows.
The parchment decayed along the folds. Ink faded and smeared in places. Underwent repairs in 2002.
The first word of intitulatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated and takes up 11 lines. There is a synchro postscript on the margins.
