The parchment is spotty, decayed along the folds; the upper left part of the parchment is gnawed away.
Initial is decorated, taking up the whole text and exceeding into the margins.

A piece of the label of the Manuscript Department of Vilnius Public Library remains. The label of Vilnius Public Library is on the reverse of the parchment.
