Laurynas, alias Sabalys (Laurencius alias Sobol), together with his wife Elžbieta and children donate the annual tribute of 10 barrels of rye, one pig and a barrel of peas to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

There are three letters written on the inner part of the plica (most probably, the initials of the scribe): P.D.O.
|
The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. Three cuts for the strip are made in the parchment.

The parchment is spotty.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
