Albertas Juškonis (Albert Jvschkonis) donates the village of Viliuliškiai and 20 peasants, living in Giedraičiai and Aviliai to his wife Ona Talkonytė (Anne Talkonis), donates 17 peasants as a dotalitium; and donates her other property until her death or until she marries again; and obligates her to sustain his sister, a nun.

The attached seals are missing, except for the 4 cuts for each of the five seals. There are remains of the string of green thread in the attachment place of the first seal.There are remains of the string of dark cherry thread in the attachment place of the second seal.

The parchment is spotty, decayed a little along the folds.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up 16 lines.
