Pope Celestin III confirms the right of the Order of the Hospital [of St. John] of Jerusalem to manage the shelter in Poznan with all the tithes donated for the maintenance of the shelter.

The parchment is spotty; with some decay along the folds; the upper edge is torn on the left.
The first word of the intitulatio is written in capital letters.
