The Conclave in Basel decided to release Bishop Motiejus (Mathie) of Vilnius, from his oath to visit Rome.

The parchment is in good condition, a little spotty; in one place the text has been erased and corrected.
The first word of the intitulatio is written in capital letters that are decorated. First letters of the words in the first line and in some places in the text are enlarged and decorated. It is written Jul on the left corner under the plica. There are signs on the right margin, similar to the longer F and ?.
