The parchment is in good condition, with a few creases, with a few holes along the folds; the plica is a little torn.
The first letter of the intitulatio is decorated, taking up the whole text. Capital letters of in the first line are enlarged and decorated.

On the face of the parchment are the remains of the label of Vilnius Public Library Manuscript Department; on the reverse is the label of Vilnius Public Library.
