Jokna Laurinavičius (Jachno Lawrynowycz), administrator (“vaitas”) of Vilnius, confirms that he and his children sell their garden by Molio kalno street and brickyard between the houses of Vilnius assessors to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

Armorial yellow wax seal of Jokna Laurinavičius, administrator of Vilnius, in a wax bowl attached with a parchment strip. Diameter 27 mm. The second attached seal is missing, except for the two cuts for the parchment strip.

The parchment is spotty because of rust, decayed along the folds; the left upper and bottom parts are gnawed away.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up the whole text.
