Grand Duke Žygimantas Kęstutaitis of Lithuania donates the lake Naročius, the village of Vainelga, the duty of honey from the villages of Bajaničiai and Palianai and the right to hunt in the territory between the lake Naročius and Kuranecas to Vilnius Cathedral and its Chapter, and allows them to have crossings over rivers.

14,5x31 cm; 27 rows.
The parchment has darkened, decayed along the folds, and spotty; ink faded. 20-24th lines are hardly legible.
The first letter of the invocatio is enlarged and decorated, taking up the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
