Andrius Sakavičius (Andreas Sakovicz), inheritor of Gruzdava, donates the following to the Church of Gruzdava and its rector: tithe of crop from the village of Gruzdava; two peasants - renters (“činšininkai“); arable land with meadows; five corvee - labourers; four grivinas (currency) in cash annually; and equipment (“perkala“) for fishing in the Biarezina river.

Signature: Per manus Nicolay de Clodawa tunc dicti domini epis[copi] vicenotarii.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. Four cuts for the strip are made in the parchment.

Text:
13,5x24 cm; 28 rows.
The parchment is yellowish and a little torn along the folds.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up 13 lines.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
