Duke Mykolas Daniuševičius (Michael Donyuszowycz) of Svir with his son Bagdonas donate the tribute from the village of Kascianeviči to Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

Green wax seal of Duke Mykolas Daniuševičius of Svir with a paper protection in a bowl of rougher wax, attached with a parchment strip. One horizontal cut for the strip is made in the parchment. Diameter 23 mm.

6x24 cm; 12 rows.
The parchment is spotty; the upper margin gnawed by mice.
Initial of invocatio is decorated, taking up the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
